载体生产干燥工艺参数确定与设备更新

摘要：通过大量实验，系统地研究了物料厚度、空气流速和干燥温度等对湿物料干燥速度及物料外表的影响。经实验分析并结合理论知识，确定了最佳干燥工艺参数，在此基础上，制定改造方案，解决了原设备存在的诸多问题。经过7年的生产实践，设备改造较成功，有显著的经济效益。

Design of technical parameters and manufacture of drying system of support workshop

Abstract：The effect of loading thickness of material，airflow rate，and dry temperature on dry rate of wet material and influences on material surface was researched．Best dry technical parameters was obtained with experimental analysis and academic knowledge．According to these parameters was obtained with experimental analysis and academic knowledge．According to these parameters，lots of problems in equipment used before were solved．By practicing in production for more than seven years，shows that this improving is successful，and with better economical benefits．
